Diamond Light Source (DLS) is the UK’s prestigious national synchrotron science facility, the size of five football pitches, located at the Harwell Science and Innovation Campus in Oxfordshire.

eProc and eXclaims are 2 software solutions provided by Ecom for DLS providing a bespoke electronic procurement and expense management system.

Circle Housing Group, a new organization created from the merger between Circle 33 & Anglia Housing Group, manages 63,000 properties across the UK. 

Circle required an online available anytime-anywhere purchase order & expense management system. Vast employee numbers all requiring an efficient and easy to use system. Also needed to update their corporate website on a regular basis, but wanted to make those changes in-house, as and when they happened.

New College Nottingham is one of the largest colleges of further education in the U.K.

The college recognised that their traditional paper process of purchase ordering was inefficient and cumbersome and sought a solution provider to assist them improve their system.

Macildowie have a large sales recruitment workforce and contacted Ecom to implement a user-friendly, custom built sales forecasting system which their consultants feel motivated to use on a daily basis, to give their management up-to-date forecasts.

The South West College covers counties Tyrone and Fermanagh in Northern Ireland and operates in four campuses in Cookstown, Dungannon, Enniskillen and Omagh.

The South West College has 18,500 student enrolments, is involved in a number of European projects, and has a staffing complement of some 500 full-time staff and a similar number of part-time staff. The core business of the College continues to be the delivery of vocational education and “Training for Success” curriculum to post-16 learners and trainees.

The aim of our partnership was to provide South West College with a Managed Learning Environment (MLE) portal for both students and staff.
